Throughout the design process, the Project Manager will provide our customer with feedback on the design and ensure the design team understands our customer’s desires and expectations. The Project Manager will also continuously update cost estimates to help ensure the project stays within budget and on schedule.
Once the construction drawings are complete, the design team will work with local building officials to obtain approval for your project. During this phase, our Project Manager will distribute the construction documents to several contractors to identify the best options for our clients project. A presentation of each contractor’s proposal will be provided to the owner in order to assist in making an informed decision based on cost, reputation, and availability.
Once a contractor has been selected, the Construction Manager will continue to oversee the project to ensure the design intent is properly executed. The Construction Manager will create and maintain a schedule to help ensure the project is completed as efficiently as possible, while also managing the budget by negotiating and reviewing change orders throughout the construction process.
